Nurses interested in advancing their education have the opportunity to do so in Indiana. The state has twenty-eight colleges, universities, and community colleges that offer campus based nursing programs.
There are nineteen universities that offer Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Degrees. Three of those schools, Purdue University, Valparaiso, and University of Southern Indiana offer both MSN and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degrees. Indiana University, and Indiana University Purdue University-Indianapolis (IUPUI) also offer MSN, DNP and PhD in Nursing degrees.
